General Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our Financial Controlling within the Finance department. As part of the duties of a Financial Analyst, your primary responsibilities will cover the following:

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze performance by conducting a comprehensive analysis of production costs, material consumption, and working capital to report relevant KPIs and metrics.
• Analyze and provide insights into the variances between actual figures, budgeted amounts, and the previous year's data.
• Collaborating with Production to analyze and identify cost-reduction opportunities and enhance profitability.
• Conduct detailed Gross margin variance analysis for each Product category
• Follow up on the consumption of the Spare Parts, 3rd Party Services fee, and electricity (including checking the main invoice, transmission cost invoice, imbalance invoice, debit/credit notes, etc.).
• Monitoring variable costs such as electricity consumption actual and budget, raw materials consumption variable and budget as well as fuel consumption actual and budget and prepare variance analysis & measure the effects vs plan
• Monitor and analyze overall business performance by making proactive recommendations; and creating mitigation plans as necessary
• Implement and monitor cost control measures
• Active participation in the Budget and RP preparation processes
• Contribute to the overall performance of the Financial Controlling to play its role as a business partner.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting with emphasis on management accounting.
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is considered a plus
• Experience with SAP or similar ERPs, proficient in MS Office with a strong focus on Excel.
• Proven track record of working independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adept at prioritizing tasks while staying focused on objectives.
• Being able to work in a working environment with strong emphasis in keeping Deadlines
• Strong ability to foster relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives
• Demonstrate the highest standards of personal and professional integrity and character and promote ethical business behavior throughout the organization
• Proactive and a self-starter who can take the initiative, come up with ideas, and be able to turn these into workable solutions.
